RJ45 PoE — Bluetooth + Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz
Connect Ethernet-based machines to a wireless network with Bluetooth, Bluetooth LE, or dual-band Wi-Fi (access point or client). Supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP and any TCP/UDP-based protocol. Single-cable Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) or 3-pin 19–36 VDC supply. Pick Black for standard installations or Sunbolt White for outdoor / direct-sunlight applications.

All-in-one bolt-on Ethernet wireless gateway with integrated dual-band antenna. Single RJ45 connector handles both data and PoE; or use the 3-pin 19–36 VDC connector. Range up to 100 m.

Serial Wireless Bolts
RS-232/485 — Bluetooth + Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz
Bring serial machines onto a wireless network — converts RS-232/485 data to TCP/IP transparently, and acts as a Modbus-TCP to Modbus-RTU router so existing serial Modbus devices look like Modbus-TCP devices to your SCADA. Up to seven simultaneous clients in access-point mode. Available in Black and Sunbolt White.

Wireless gateway for RS-232/485 machines. Converts serial data to TCP/IP over the wireless link. Built-in Modbus-TCP to Modbus-RTU router gives transparent access to your existing Modbus-RTU devices.

CAN Wireless Bolts
CAN 2.0A/B — Bluetooth + Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz
Wireless access for CAN-based machines and vehicles. Transparent transport of CAN, CANopen, and J1939 data over a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth link. Up to 28 freely-adjustable CAN receive pass-through filters give precise control over which CAN messages are forwarded — ideal for AGVs, mobile machinery, and J1939 vehicle telemetry to handheld tablets.

For applications that demand more bandwidth, lower latency or roaming-class performance, the next-generation Anybus bolts step up. The Wireless Bolt II adds Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) with WDS bridging and WPA3 security; the Wireless Bolt 5G connects to public or private 5G networks for ultra-low-latency machine connectivity, with PROFINET / EtherNet/IP / Modbus TCP support via the Anybus Tunnel Gateway.
